• Fully equipped with desks, side desks, chairs, drawers, cabinets and telephone devices.

• Own number allocated from the main connection of Business Hub.

• The service fee covers exclusive use of the hired office plus basic reception services (mail and telephone handling as well as welcoming of guests), access to conference rooms (advance booking is required), use of kitchen (basic supplies such as coffee, tea, milk, etc. are covered by the fee), veranda, toilets and other common spaces. The fee also covers utilities (except for telephone and fax usage) and common expenses.

• All areas of the Hub are cleaned on a daily basis.

The fees for a service agreement of a minimum term of 1 year are EUR 1000 plus VAT per month and EUR 1600 plus VAT per month respectively for the small and the large office.
