Within the two plots, there is an industrial building which, according to Land Registry records, is approximately 15 years old. A Planning Permit (No. LEM/2X7X/2004) and a Building Permit (No. 194X, dated 19/12/2006) were issued for the construction of two industrial units (for the preparation and storage of plaster materials and the production of concrete additives, respectively), as well as perimeter fencing.
The northern section of the building consists of a two-storey office structure built with a reinforced concrete frame, brick masonry walls, and a flat roof slab. The remaining section is constructed with a steel frame, aluminium panel walls, and a pitched roof supported by steel I-beams, also covered with aluminium panels.
